Community Yard Sale

It was agreed that the scope of current design may be excessive as we do not know the number of residents that would want to participate.

Suggested that we will create a flyer announcing the concept of a Community Yard Sale to measure potential interest. Target date would be late September.

Flyers can be created and handed out at the BBQ. The flyer will request that those interested in participating in a Community Yard Sale communicate their intent through the TCRA website. After the BBQ, flyers can be delivered door to solicit potential interest.

A better community

image55

Building a happier, stronger community.

The Teal Cove Residents’ Association (TCRA) was created to provide a vehicle where the residents of Teal Cove can table recommendations to the board that will improve the appearance of our community, provide additional services and benefits to all residents, and assist in controlling the rising costs associated with our homes.

Through the TCRA’s web site we will provide valuable information to all residents related to the various services and products available in our neighbourhood.

We need your support!

In the past, many residents felt there was a communication disconnect between the condominium owners and the Condo Board of Directors.

Moving forward, TCRA’s goal will be to initiate open dialogue with the board on a regular basis to bring forward viable recommendations that will aid and assist all residents of Teal Cove.
